MEET the owner

Denise is originally from the beautiful twin islands of Trinidad and Tobago and brings her vibrant cultural roots and deep sense of connection into every interaction. She is gifted in creating a safe, supportive space where individuals can explore their purpose and boldly step into where they are called to go.

Denise holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the University of Maryland and a Master of Science in Health Promotion Management from American University. With over 15 years of public service experience in Public Health and Communications, she combines professional expertise with heartfelt facilitation to inspire confidence and growth in others.

Outside of working, Denise finds joy in dancing, thrifting, traveling, and embracing life’s simple moments with curiosity and gratitude.
