Allow me to extend my gratitude for the work Ms. Denise Joseph did for my office in exposing the leadership team to the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI). Please know the Department of Veterans Affairs is most grateful. I met Denise when I spoke at a fireside chat hosted by the Young Government Leaders, Denise was a standout during that session.
Denise informed and trained us on the HBDI. This incredible tool allowed me to gain insights and visibility into how my teams think, communicate, and work. My office works across the Department in partnership with labor, management and union to address conflict and reach resolution. More than most, I especially appreciate the value of measuring and describing thinking preferences. In particular I appreciated the introduction to HBDI, the executive presentations she prepared and delivered, and the data complete with an executive narrative for my senior directors, district managers and of course myself. She is a true professional and she represented the Department of Health and Human Services extremely well.
My compliments again for allowing Denise to work with the Department of Veterans Affairs and my office. I speak for my organizational leaders when I say we deeply value and appreciate all that she did for us.
Thank you.
Harvey
Hi Denise,
Thank you! I found the HBDI session both interesting and informative. Thank you for introducing me to it, taking the time to explain it, and leading such an informative presentation. I’m sure the “Green” team found the information interesting and helpful.
Thank you again for providing us with a greater understanding of how we think, communicate, and work together.
Thanks,
Andrea
