MEET Denise

I am originally from the beautiful twin islands of Trinidad and Tobago and I bring my vibrant cultural roots and deep sense of connection into every interaction. I am gifted in creating a safe, supportive space where individuals can explore their purpose and boldly step into where they are called to go.

With over 15 years of public service experience in Public Health and Communications, I saw the same pattern play out in every organization — smart, passionate people talking at each other instead of with each other. I realized the problem wasn't the people — it was that no one had ever given them a shared language for how they think. That's what drove me to become certified in the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument.

My journey into entrepreneurship was not something I planned. What began as a season of uncertainty became a series of unexpected confirmations that ultimately led to the creation of Called Into Confidence.
